Check out this study recently done in the UK. They analyzed people’s shopping habits to see how many people turned to the web to make their purchases, and the results are pretty impressive.

One of the biggest numbers they found was that 72% of Brits have turned to shopping online recently. This is a huge number, a big chunk of the population of one of the major countries in the world. If the numbers are similar for the US, Japan, Australia, India, and the rest of Europe, then it is obvious that good online advertising that gets results is a very worthwhile thing to pursue.
